Meet our team
Kristie Springate
Business Manager
Detail-focused and with more than 19 years’ experience, Kristie focuses on the operations of On Line Services.
Not only is Kristie the owner but she is involved in all aspects of payroll processing including award interpretation. As a bookkeeper, Kristie oversees data entry, supplier payments and reconciliation of bank accounts. She prepares monthly reports for directors, preparation and lodgement of Business Activity Statements & Instalment Activity Statements as our resident BAS Agent and prepares client files for end of financial year. Liaising constantly with clients, Kristie is known for her responsiveness and friendly, efficient service.
Courtney McQueen
Bookkeeper and payroll clerk
Courtney joined On Line Services in 2010. She is the bookkeeper for the well-known Beechworth Bakery's based in rural Victoria. She assists the 8 stores with data entry, supplier payments and reconciliation of bank accounts. She prepares monthly reports to assist the stores in future budgeting plans. She also processes their weekly payroll for over 200 employees. In her dealings with clients, Courtney is approachable, responsive and diligent. She holds a Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping.
Kirsten Dey
Bookkeeper and payroll clerk
Kirsten joined On Line Services in 2024. She's currently in training to become one of our professional & friendly bookkeepers & payroll clerks. Her friendly and down-to-earth nature has fit in well with the current team. She has over 20 years industry experience across franchises, trade companies & small businesses. She holds a Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping.
