Kristie Springate
Business Manager
Detail-focused and with more than 15 years’ experience at On Line Services, Kristie has recently taken over the operations of On Line Services and she is thrilled for the challenge.
Kristie is involved in all aspects of payroll processing including award interpretation. As a bookkeeper, Kristie oversees data entry, supplier payments and reconciliation of bank accounts. She prepares monthly reports for directors, preparation and lodgement of Business Activity Statements & Instalment Activity Statements as our resident BAS Agent and prepares client files for end of financial year. Liaising constantly with clients, Kristie is known for her responsiveness and friendly, efficient service.
Katrina Walker
Bookkeeper and payroll clerk
Katrina joined On Line Services in 2007. She is involved in all aspects of payroll processing including award interpretation. She is involved in bookkeeping, data entry, supplier payments, reconciliation of bank accounts, preparing monthly reports for directors and preparing client files for end-of-financial year. Approachable and efficient, nothing is too much trouble for Katrina, who efficiently liaises with clients and goes above and beyond to provide the highest level of service.
